The Availability and reliability of the app and website depend on the developers hosting infrastructure and is provided with no guarantees of uptime.

4. No Warranty

The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and the storing of your data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

2.1 Name, Username, Email address, password, application information, Achievements, service records — if you choose to enter this information into the web app or the website, then it will be stored in our databases. However it is never used by us for our own purposes. This is limited to what you submint.

2.2 Feedback and support requests — if you choose to share feedback or request support, we may receive the information you provide us. This is limited to what you submit.

3. Data Ownership

Your data belongs to you. We will never retain ownership of your data.

To provide features, and to respond to feedback and support requests that you submit.
